The gym offered a solid range of equipment, perfect for getting a workout done without stepping out. The spa facilities were a nice touch, providing a calming atmosphere with a decent pool and sauna for relaxation after a long day.
The bathroom privacy setup in room 224 was lacking due to clear glass windows that left little to the imagination, even with the blinds fitted. Technical issues plagued my stay—an intrusive TV message continuously interrupted viewing, and a flickering lightbulb above the bed was a nuisance. the shower’s mounting bracket was cracked, making it impossible to adjust the showerhead for comfortable use. Despite reporting it at checkout, I left without any resolution.

definitely coming here again
The classic double room had a cozy setup with a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, and minibar. The indoor swimming pool was just right, and the spa facilities included a hot tub and massage options. Breakfast had a great variety. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout. Definitely a great trip!

Exceptional spa experience with a tranquil ambiance
Our stay was incredibly relaxing! The spa treatments were superb, and we loved lounging in the pool area. Breakfast was a hearty delight with plenty of options, and the staff was genuinely friendly. The only downside was that the heating in our room was slightly off, making it a bit too warm at times.

It was just a well-suited match for strolling in Warrington with fantastic value. The breakfast was acceptable but could be better. Make sure to ask for a quieter room to avoid noise from the gym.

The pool area was fantastic! Perfect for a relaxing dip, though it was a bit crowded on Saturday. The room was decent, but the wallpaper felt dated. 😕 Would've loved more toiletries to avoid asking housekeeping.

The local fish was fresh and absolutely delish! The room I snagged, the Deluxe King Room, was spacious with a cozy balcony. Plus, breakfast was a proper delight, setting me up for the day ahead.
I arrived with my partner, and the receptionist was a bit too upfront about the room cost, making things awkward. The food menu was on the sparse side, leaving me wanting more choices.

It was just a top selection for a two-day stay in Warrington with good value for price. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. Make sure to ask for a room with air conditioning if you don't want to deal with the heat.
